Fees
The registration fee will be $A100, but there is an 'early-bird' registration fee of $A50 for attendees registering before 1st April 2007. Conference attendance will cost $A75 per day, with attendance on July 11th costing $A54. This daily fee includes full conference facilities, breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon tea.
There are two accommodation options:
- A Resort room costs $A133 per night, and sleeps 1-2 people.
- A 2-bedroom apartment costs $A244 and sleeps 1-4 people.

Room Options:
- 1. Resort Room, cost $A133 per night - Spacious 4 ½ star hotel style accommodation with open air balconies, king size bed (or 2 single beds), en suite (most with spa bath), TV and VCR, telephone, data point, tea and coffee making facilities, bar fridge, basic crockery and glassware, reverse cycle air-conditioning.
- 2. 2 Bedroom Suite, cost $A224 per night – King size bed (or 2 single beds), queen size bed and sofa bed, private en suite with spa, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, separate lounge/dining area, TV and DVD, wireless broadband access, Foxtel, telephone, data point, reverse cycle air conditioning and private balcony
NB
- Because the organising institutions are underwriting this meeting, we strongly encourage as many people as possible to book their conference packages and accommodation, through the meeting website, by 1st April.
- Dinner is not included in any of the prices quoted above, except for the Conference Dinner on 8th July. We are still discussing this, but the current plan is to offer choice of dining at the conference venue or at restaurants in Lorne town.
- All costs quoted are in Australian Dollars ($A).
- No participants (including the organizing committee) are receiving reimbursement of any expenses from the meeting.
